Diplomas of Spanish as a foreign language (DELE)

What is DELE (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera)?

DELE (Diplomas of Spanish as a foreign language) is the official accreditation of the degree of fluency of the Spanish Language, issued and recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain.

The Instituto Cervantes is the institution in charge of organizing the exams, while the University of Salamanca is in charge of the preparation, correction and final evaluation of all the tests.

What are the advantages of a DELE diploma?

• They are official qualifications.
• They are internationally recognized by private companies, chambers of commerce and industry and private and state schools.
• In Spain, they allow you to study at universities, business academies, and work in public sector.
• They are required also at universities out of Spain.
• They have unlimited validity.

Cambridge Examinations (Preparation Courses)

FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS preparation courses

FCE is an exam for people who can use everyday written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level. It is an ideal exam for people who want to use English for work or study purposes.

CAE is an exam for advanced users of English. This exam is aimed at people who can use written and spoken English for most professional and social purposes. It is widely recognised for work or study purposes.

CPE is Cambridge ESOL's most advanced exam. It is aimed at people who use English for professional or study purposes.

CPE is at Level C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) — an internationally recognised benchmark of language ability. The framework uses six levels to describe language ability from A1 to C2. 'Can Do' statements have been used to describe these levels in terms of real skills with language.

CPE is truly international, recognised around the world for business and study purposes. Hundreds of employers, universities and government departments officially recognise CPE as proof of proficiency in English

For example, at C2 level, typical users can be expected to:

• understand with ease virtually everything they hear and read
• make accurate and complete notes during a presentation
• understand colloquial asides
• talk about complex and sensitive issues without awkwardness
• express themselves precisely and fluently.

IELTS is the world’s proven English test. Over 1.2 million candidates take the test each year to start their journeys into international education and employment. IELTS is recognised by more than 6000 institutions across 120 countries.

International Certificates ECL (European Consortium for the Attainment in Modern Languages)

inlingua Nitra is a regional ECL exam center. ECL integrates universities and institutions representing European languages. Their aim is to promote learning of European languages, with a special emphasis placed on less extended and less used languages.

The ECL language exam system is in compliance with the European Reference Frame and the levels of language proficiency spread between levels A2 up to C1. The ECL exam can be taken in numerous languages, such as Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Serbian, Rumanian, Bulgarian, Russian, English, German, Italian and Spanish.
